Delivery.
All our parcels are sent to you by Australia Post. We only send with this courier and you must pay our standard freight charges.
Items are available for pickup by prior arrangement.
Freight and Handling Charges.
Freight charges WILL NOT be included in the price but will be determined and you will be contacted after placing your order or you can contact us about the freight cost prior to ordering.
Issues with delivery or goods damaged in transit.
Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of good delivered, Beresford Saddlery must be notified of any such issues as soon as the customer becomes aware. Beresford Saddlery will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are not notified within 14 days from the day your order is dispatched.
Exchanges and Returns.
In certain cases you can exchange or return your purchase. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
Exchanged or returned products must be in its original condition with original packaging.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Refunds.
You will be notified via email or telephone of your refund once we receive and process the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Prices.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices displayed are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive where applicable.
Errors & omissions excepted.
Typographical Errors.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Beresford Saddlery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, placed for products listed at the incorrect price or if the product is no longer available. Beresford Saddlery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Beresford Saddlery will issue a credit to your credit card account for the total amount of the charge.
